How To Add Your Certificate on LinkedIn

Firstly, congratulations on achieving your certificate with us. As well as sharing your certificate online, below are the steps you can take to add the certificate to your own Linkedin profile.


How To Add Your Training Certificate

This guide will show the steps to add your certificate on LinkedIn.

  • Login to your account
    • Login to your LinkedIn Account from your desktop
  • Click Me and a drop-down menu will appear, click on View profile
    • Click the text Me, for a drop down menu to appear
  • Click the button Add profile section
    • Now click the button Add Profile Section
  • A lightbox will appear, click on Recommended for the accordian to expand
    • Now click the Recommended
  • From here click Add license or Certification
    • Click Add Lincenses & Certificates
  • Now enter the name of the course you have successfully completed i.e "Level 3 Award in Managing HACCP"
    • Enter the details of the organisations
  • In the Issuing organization type in Train4Academy - as you type our company name will appear, select and confirm by pressing the Yes button
  • You can complete the additional field Credential ID with the certificate reference number (6 digits) i.e 202897
  • For Credential URL use the URL of the course web page. In this example we would use https://www.train4academy.co.uk/level-3-haccp-training.asp
  • Under the header titled Media click + Add Media button, and then upload your Certificate (PDF).
    • Upload the certificate, and press save
  • Once you have entered the necessary information click Save

Note: You are now ready to share your certificate to your professional network i.e


"I'm happpy to announce I achieved a
Level 3 Award in Managing HACCP
certificate from Train4Academy."


Also, you can use #hashtags to get your post seen by the desired people too.
